Ricky joined the Buffalo Bills in 2012. He is originally from Hilton, NY and graduated from St. John Fisher College, home of the Buffalo Bills training camp. Before coming over to the Bills Customer Service Team he spent 7 years working in Minor League Baseball and originally joined the Bills as a Sales Representative. His favorite memories on game day are growing up tailgating with his family and sharing in the passion of Buffalo Bills football with the other 70,000 Bills fans!

Brennan Baker

Account Service Coordinator

Brennan joined the Bills organization in 2023 as a Customer Service Representative. He is originally from Canisteo, NY and graduated from Daemen University with a degree in Business Administration with a Specialization in Sports Management. Prior to joining the Bills, Brennan worked in the ticket offices for both the Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bisons. His favorite Bills memories are seeing the Bills end of the playoff drought in 2017 and the 96-yard opening kickoff return touchdown by Nyheim Hines during the game against the Patriots.

Nicholas Forcucci

Account Service Coordinator

Nick joined the Bills Organization in 2019 as a part-time Inside Sales representative after graduating from Niagara University with a degree in Sport Management and recently finished his MBA. In February 2020 he transitioned to a full-time staff member as a Ticket Sales Account Executive before making the switch to an Account Service Coordinator in 2021. His favorite Bills memory is watching the team’s entire 2020 playoff run to the AFC title game.

Jack Johnston

Account Service Coordinator

Jack joined the Buffalo Bills prior to the 2022 season as a Training Camp Intern. He is originally from Canandaigua, NY and graduated from SUNY Cortland. During his time at SUNY Cortland, Jack majored in Communication Studies and played quarterback for the Red Dragons. His favorite memory since joining the organization is watching thousands of fans come out to shovel snow in order to host the 2024 AFC Divisional game against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Sean Kaiser

Account Service Coordinator

Sean joined the Bills organization in 2018 as a member of the Mobile Ticket team and was a Training Camp intern for the 2019 Season. Sean grew up minutes from the stadium and has been attending games his whole life. Sean graduated from Fredonia in 2020 with a degree in Sport Management and Communications- Public Relations. He has also worked with the Buffalo Sabres and Bandits as a Game Presentation Assistant. His favorite Bills memory is watching the team end the drought and make the Playoffs in 2017.

Jordan joined the Buffalo Bills organization in 2020. Prior to working for the Bills, Jordan worked for Pegula Sports & Entertainment as an Inside Sales Representative. He graduated from Niagara University with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management. His favorite Bills memory is his first game with his Dad.

Sarah Swagler

Account Service Coordinator

Sarah graduated from Canisius College with a degree in Sport Management. She joined the Bills organization in 2021 as a member of the Mobile Ticket Team on game days and as a Customer Service Representative in our Ticket Office. Prior to working with the Bills, Sarah interned with the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference during their championship tournaments as an Operations Assistant. Her favorite memory while working with the Bills was the 2022 Wild Card Victory against the New England Patriots.

Nadia Warren

Manager of Premium Service

Nadia joined the organization in 2018 as a Game Day Box Office & Customer Service Representative. In 2019 she transitioned to her current role as an Account Service Coordinator. Nadia graduated from Boston University with her Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis on Public Relations. Prior to joining the Bills organization, she interned with the Buffalo Sabres Media Relations Department for the 2017-18 season and worked as the Media Relations Assistant for the Buffalo Beauts during their 2018-19 season. The NFL’s Crucial Catch initiative is very close to Nadia’s heart and she looks forward to the Bills Crucial Catch game every October.
